1. Improve your manuscript according to the reviewers' comments

2. Adapt the capitalization of your paper title to the third rule of Headings and Publications Titles e.g., "The Vitamins Are in My Fresh California Raisins", Capitalization of all words, except for internal articles, prepositions and conjunctions

3. Pages are to be formatted in the IEEE double-column format using IEEE Conference Proceeding templates. ‣ The lengths depends on the category as noted below:

• Full Paper: limited to 8 pages in the IEEE two-column format.

• Concise Paper: limited to 6 pages in the IEEE two-column format.

• Short Paper: limited to 4 pages in the IEEE two-column format.

• Poster Paper: limited to 2 pages in the IEEE two-column format.

• No page numbering, header or footer

4. If you're using IEEEtran class in LaTeX, use the following as the first line in your LaTeX source file:

\documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran}

(Note: with IEEE conferences, the author affiliation is listed under the author's name, unlike IEEE transactions)

5. The appropriate copyright clearance code notice must appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the IEEE Intellectual Property Rights.

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-4799-7795-6/15/$31.00 ©2015 Crown

• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-4799-7795-6/15/$31.00 ©2015 IEEE

The copyright notice must be inserted manually. In the MS Word template there is a text box at the bottom of the first column (for identifying sponsors) that can be used. When using latex, insert the appropriate copyright notice right after \documentclass. For example, the commands for the last case above are

6. Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Website. Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account (use conference ID: 35301XP; use 'new user' if you haven't used this site before.).

• Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if your PDF file is Xplore-compliant, OR, else, you can use this site to convert your source files into an IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file (e.g., for LaTeX users, create a zip file that includes dvi and your eps figure files all together, and then upload the zip file for the system to convert into a compliant PDF file; for MSWord users, upload the Word file and let it convert and return a compliant PDF file)

7. To be published in the DRCN 2015 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the DRCN 2015 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. Authors registration link (authors must register by January 30, 2015).

8. After completing author registration in EDAS, upload the following

• The PDF eXpress-passed compliant PDF file of your paper by January 31, 2015. Please upload your paper via EDAS.

• A link for e-copyright form will be available soon from your paper entry. Please compete this also by January 31, 2015.

9. Please request your visa letter using EDAS after completing registration - an electronic copy of the visa letter will be provided. (If you need a hard copy visa letter, you must first pay your registration, and send email with subject header ‘DRCN visa letter request’ to both packerliu@gmail.com and dmedhi@umkc.edu)
